On site at property with Inspector Tidwell, TEP, TFD, Southwest Gas and owners of property. There was fire started in the hall bathroom it appears the light in the bathroom started the fire. Fire followed through stated the damaged ceiling was at 300 degrees Fahrenheit and there was heat along walls, where the fuse box, fuses removed from fuse box and there is inspection hole where the fuse is 1ftx1ft hole. Damages are in the kitchen ceiling, bathroom ceiling and child's bedroom where the fuse box is. Fire to dwelling. Dwelling is condemned. Gas is off and Electrical is off. Permits required. Owner is securing the dwelling. |
