On site at property - Spoke in person with owners. I asked if the blue Subaru was operable, they stated it runs, and can be moved, it just needs a battery. They said they will move it to a different position in the driveway to show that it is operable. I asked about the storage in the carport, it was due to some water damage related construction, and that they would clear it out so a vehicle could fit. Will issue notice of violation for storage. |
