On site with tenant. The ceiling is damage in bedroom and is leaking. The hot water heater is leaking and no hot water in the unit. The rear door is not sealed and frame is damage. The rear facia is needs protected covering. The front door is not sealed. Toilet and tub will not drain properly. The bathroom sink is disconnected from the wall. Closet doors are missing and interior doors are damage and not working properly. Missing smoke detectors in rooms. |
