Upon arrival, found TEP had responded and meter is locked off. Fire investigations were ongoing. Once scene was cleared, there is fire damage to the entire apartment, w/ heavy damage to kitchen and smoke damage throughout the rest of the unit. Called listed number for apartment complex 3X and no ans. City contractor was called to secure the unit. Front window is cracked, side window is open and front door is open. Door was intact, closed and locked. Front window was boarded and second window screwed shut. A Commercial Addition/Alteration Permit is required for repairs with use of a licensed contractor. Unit was posted with a red tag. -VM |
