Hole knocked right through the wall into the interior lifting the utility room wall and pushing/lifting the gas water heater and HVAC system. Utility room wall has electrical inside wall, gas water heater and hvac system connected to gas and electrical. Shut down rental unit, electrical and gas services disconnected. Complete notice to vacate, permits required, indemnification forms. Occupant & Owner advised they can be on site to remove belongings and to make repairs. Can not be on site afterhours. |
