Visited site and took pictures. Tenant showed me the violation. She noted this has been reported for about 2-3 years with little to no resolve. Only one window will open for egress. Numerous floor issues, Cracked ceiling issues, Wall separation to the exterior, exposed electric, Rear access stairs and mold. |
