The rest of the lot is unfounded, it is desert landscaping and is not out of hand. Will speak with manager at clubhouse to see if they can clean up the curb areas within the next week. 1/10/25 - part of my initial inspection, I returned and spoke with Tony, maintenance supervisor. Found out that the lot is not part of Dorado CC. Will issue NOV and send to the correct owner. |
