Met with Manager at Agave 350 regarding the complaint. This trash receptacle does not belong to Agave 350. The parties who use this container are: Basqueria #150, Obon #120, Funky Monkey - vacant, R-Bar #110. Called all phone numbers and left messages where voice mail was available. I also contacted S. Furtmann at Newmark Mgmt and left vm to please give me a call back regarding the complaint. 1/14/24 I have not heard back from any of the calls made. Located Rio Nuevo and sending them the notice of violation. They will contact the responsible parties. |
