Drove to rear of property, via alley, visually verified hens and a rooster in a pen in back yard. Wall was lower than eye level, took photos of the pen and rooster. Attempted to make contact, no answer at door. Called number for owner, made contact and explained everything. Left urban agriculture literature and my card on front door. NOTICE OF VIOLATION SENT. - AS |
