850 am - On site between 850 AM and 915 AM. Heard a rooster crowing multiple times. Rang door bell 2X, no ans. Posted a 10 day notice for weeds, trash, debris and a tree growing in street at the front door. NOV to follow for rooster. Did call and spk to owner who confirms she has 2 roosters. Advsd not allowed within City limits and the roosters need to be removed. -VM |
