Visited site Tenant let me in the unit I found that the washer drain is not working and water is leaking to the interior of the unit. Tenant is discharging washer out the back door. A new water heater has been installed without permits. He gave me permission to enter the back yard. I found hazardous electric installed. I took pictures. |
