Outlet in living area is loose in wall and being held in place by tape. Hole in wall in bedroom, may have previously been a junction box but unable to determine. Toilet loose on floor. Water leaking at the washer hookup off the kitchen. Checked in the stove area, multiple drawers in the kitchen and could not locate any signs of rodents or droppings in the unit. Tenant did state the owner has treated the unit recently. Will issue a notice of violation. -VM |
