144 PM - Did view the south, west and east portions of property and observe no work being done. Made contact with facilities manager on site. He showed me a stairway where work was taking place and said a contractor was using a generator to sandblast the old paint off stairway railings. This does not require a permit. He did state they were working on Sunday. Did advise of hours noise from work is allowed, he said he will comply. Will close case. -VM |
