Met w/owners of property. They own all the vehicles on the property lot and showed me the license and registration for the vehicles on the lot. They will remove any of the vehicles located in the row. Husband admitted that he recently paint / repaired a dent on one of his cars. He figured if he has the ability to fix the car. Why not? Why pay all that money if he can fix his own car? Discussed why he can not paint cars on his property. Both owners stated they are not running a repair or auto painting business. Also explained they can not run an auto repair business in an R2 zone. This zone does not allow for auto motive repair businesses. ***Went on-line and looked for any advertisements for auto repair or painting with this address listed. none seen.*** Close case |
