Met w/occupant and Community Board member about the complaint. There is no leak in the bedroom. There appeared to be an old leak outside on the back porch. Board Member and Occupant think perhaps this is an issue the HOA may be responsible for taking care of. Requested I not move forward on this case. Close case |
