| 02/07/2024 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Passed | Met with the tenant in his unit and observed dead roaches in the cabinets due to the pest company treating the unit for the roaches on 1/31/24 and 2/5/24. I did not see any roaches that were alive in the unit. The tenant was told by management that he has to clean his unit better if he wants the roaches to not return. The management also gave him two different Five day notices of health and safety for feces, urine and trash on the floor. I did find evidence of feces on the floor of the unit and explained to the tenant that he should clean this if he want s the roaches not to return. The unit is scheduled to be treated again next Tuesday 2/13/24 and it was recommended from the pest company to fog his unit and the tenant stated to me that he does not agree with anyone else's assessment of the condition of his unit, not even the pest control company. |
