After inspection again, same finding that older people do have multiple bikes at rear of the property, turns out to be a hobby just to keep them busy, they elderly and go to bed early, doesn't meet as a business and meets the allowed storage. no violation at this time was advised to make sure to keep sound down after hr's, Will follow up at a later date before closing case |
