House has illegal electrical circuits added without permits. Basement dug underneath house with out permits and compromising the support structure for the entire house roofing system. TEP disconnected electrical services, water turned off to prevent pipes from breaking. Had entire house boarded up. All sheds boarded up. Will send out a 60 day demo and a 30 day clean up. |
