The living room and Kitchen ceiling has an active leak coming from the unit above from rain penetrating the building. Unit 127 is a vacant unit with signs of the ceiling’s drywall collapsing and has rain penetrating the building. Unit 127 floor is saturated causing the water to enter the bottom reporting unit. Property Mgr Liz verified the needed repairs and contacted the occupant. The unit is missing operable smoke detectors. |
