Contacted tenant and owner. Two Plumbing Contractors sent over to evaluate the gas line. Owner provided occupants with a plug in heater till the heating is fixed. Owner is going to have an electrician install and electric heating system into the rental unit. Reminded the owner PERMITS are required. Work is schedule to start on Thursday 1/25/24... Occupants aware of the plan. |
