Metal rolloff container container discarded donations has been in west parking lot without site plan approval for its permanent placement. The 2015 site plan and zoning examiner's letter do not approve this and specifically state there can be no outdoor storage of unwanted or discarded donations. Container is surrounded by fencing meant to deter those who may be attracted to the material after hours. This is the specific nuisance in that neighboring properties are affected by trespassing individuals to this area which is close to the residents and causes a nuisance. |
