2 story 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is full of refuse. Kitchen , Livingroom, bedrooms and bathrooms are completely full of refuse. Plumbing is damaged and leaking to lower level. TEP to disconnect electrical, city securing house. Owner will need to hire a professional cleanup crew to clean and sanitize the entire house before being able to move back into the house. Electrician will need to evaluate the electrical system. Permit required. TEP noted the lock on the meter was removed. Plumber required to fix plumbing. Permits required. NOV to vacate, permits required to shut down issued. |
