01/31/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed VISITED SITE, MET WITH OWNER WHO ALLOWED ENTRY, SHE INFORMED ME THAT SHE HAD HIRED A TEAM TO HELP REMOVE ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS, UNWANTED OR UNNEEDED, OR DAMAGED ITEMS. THERE WAS A 40 YARD DUMPSTER OUSIDE THE PROPERTY. SHE WAS STAYING AT A FRIENDS AIRBNB AT THIS TIME. SHE HAD ELECTRICAL TURNED BACK ON AND I DID FIND PERMIT ON LINE, AND FOUND ELECTRIC HAD ALREADY BEEN TURNED BACK ON. I CHECKED WATER AND IN WAS ALSO ON. DAMAGED PLUMBING IN UPSTAIRS BATHROOM HAD ALSO BEEN REPAIRED. I ALSO FOUND NEW SMOKE ALARMS HAD BEEN INSTALLED. OWNER HAD CLEAR PARTHWAYS IN ALL BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS TO THE STAIRS AND STAIRS HAD ALSO BEEN CLEARED AND ALL CARPET REMOVED FROM THE STAIRS. THE LIVINGROOM, KITCHEN, AND DOWNSTAIRS HAD ALSO BEEN CLEARED AND CLEANED AND OWNER HAS CLEAR PATHWAYS TO THE FRONT DOOR AND REAR SLIDING GLASS DOOR. THE REAR YARD ALSO HAD BEEN CLEARED AND A PERSON COULD NOW EXIT THE REAR DOOR, GET TO THE REAR GATE AND OUT OF THE PROPERTY TO THE DETENTION BASIN OUTSIDE THE GATE. OWNER HAS FOLLOWED INSPECTOR BIGMANS INSTRUCTION AND SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN. BEFORE MAKING THAT DECISION I CONTACTED C/E SUPERVISOR AND CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS OK TO ALLOW OWNER BACK IN. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
