01/12/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Contact has been made with tenant. She hasn't been provided a temporary heating device meanwhile repairs are being made. Property manager Neyva stated parts on order with the tenantive date of arrival on Wednesday Janurary 17th. Technician is schedule to repair the unit on Thursday the 18th.

A notice of violation has been issued to provide a temporary space heater within 24hrs during the repair of the permanent heating system. The notice of violation is also requiring the permanent heating system to be repaired within 10 days. Manager acknowledge receiving the notice and will provide proper documentation to tenant relieving themselves from liability of space heater use.

Manager stated heating at the above unit has been repair by technician. It was a simple repair that parts where available to utilize. Attempted contact with above unit without success, left business card for contact.
