Met with business management regarding the complaint. Permit on file #TF-FCP-0124-00045. SW Hazardous Control was hired to remove asbestos from the flooring. Area was sealed off during the time the work was being conducted. No air venting was connected to the customer area or to the area where construction was being conducted. Asbestos was wet removed, once removed the area was re-tested and tested negative for asbestos. Health Department also inspected the area and found to be cleaned of any hazardous particles. Letter of completion was issued to the business. Close case |
