Copper water line in ceiling burst. Owner out of town. House flooded, excessive water dripping from the ceiling, electrical outlets and fixtures, insulation and drywall, wood around door ways water logged, water though-out the entire house. Issued nov to shut down, permits required and indemnification form. Friend who discovered the flood signed for the paper work and will secure house. Owner was contacted and was enroute home from up north. |
