T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house. The house was cleared and has hoarding issues, lacking all utilities to the property. The property has tall grass and weeds with trash and debris. There are alot of dead animals in the house and on the exterior on the property. Will go back tomorrow to have secured. RV. |
