The car was removed from the property and also left the site. Someone from the business has covered the opening with OSB plywood made in a wood frame wall to the store front with window store front frames on both sides of the wall. The impact pushed into the interior of the structure where a cashier was standing and book shelf was moved with store items in the shelf. Some items fell on the floor. On the edge the window frame was moved and will need to be adjusted when repaired. The business will be able to remain open. The property manager has been contacted and will check the site tomorrow. Did advise the men on site doing the plywood that the damage will be check tomorrow. No paperwork was done due to the repairs will be maintenance repairs and will not require a permit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
