There is Palm fronds piled up on the sidewalk ROW. There is an accumulation of Old trash and furniture in the yard . Fence is dilapidated and the house weather protection/protective treatment is peeling, flaking, cracked, blistered, chipped which resulted in bare, unprotected surfaces |
