PDSD responded back to make an appointment to meet on site to review the structure. Will hold off on citation to allow for applicant to work with PDSD.
07/23/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 8/29/24 A resident complained again to the City about the wall of this development. Contacted the Contractor and made him aware of the complaint. The Contractor is currently working with PDSD to get the changes made on the property approved. Contractor and city still working together to get this addressed.
