Property has dead trees without any life on their limbs. There is trash and debris on the property. The building has exposed wood surfaces that are not protected from the weather. There is overgrown vegetation at the northwest side of the property. There is a new chain link fence in between two buildings that corrals a small section that modifies rapid egress from the building and the secondary building’s that is being used as an office/storage area. This 6 ft Chain link fence has been erected without zoning approvals from the City of Tucson. |
