Did see individuals inside sleeping on a mattress on the floor through the front window. Called 911 for assistance and while on phone with dispatch two individuals came out and left the scene. Placed a call to owner, there was no answer so I left a message. City contractor was called to secure and board up structure. Owner did call back and said was unable to secure property. Contractor arrived and boarded two windows and screwed door shut. Unit was posted with red tag and NOV. Will also send a 30 day notice of violation for two large dead trees in the front yard. -VM
