I advsd the owner he needs to get it permitted, or demolish it w/ a demolition permit and that if it is demolished without a permit, I will cite him. The property is still in violation for excessive storage and for trash and debris. Owner states he is going to clean it this weekend and requested I come back for an inspection on Monday. -VM | |
