Hot water heater has been replaced under permit TC-RES-0124-00241. Unit is now vacant. Property management states will be repairing or replacing the heating system. -VM | |

Returned and reinspected with property maintenance on site. Ran heater and system is operable, produces hot air. There is hot water available in bathroom and in kitchen. Did test smoke detectors in both bedrooms and in hallway. Two were operable and one was inoperable. Maintenance employee replaced it on site and new detector was tested and operable. All violations abated, close case. -VM |
