Met with Homeowner, who stated people are not living in shed. Show Inspector the "shed" in question and it has items stored in it. The shed appears to be next to the property line and the owner states that the shed has been there since they bought the house (2021). According to MapTucson, the shed has been onsite since at least 2006 |
