258 PM - Flooring is peeling up by front door. Window hardware in living space is inoperable. With system set to heat, system produces cold air. Light fixture in kitchen has become detached and is hanging from ceiling. Carpet is loose, creating a tripping hazard at doorway to bedroom. There is a crack in the bathtub. Vent cover/grille detached from exhaust fan in the bathroom. Spoke with property manager on site and provided a copy of the above inspection results. -VM |
