Power was secured at the interior electrical panel. The sewer water saturated the bedroom carpet making the unit unsanitary and unfit for occupancy. Unit 306 was posted, notice and order was issued. Management had a maintenance crew remove the toilet from upstairs to clear the obstruction. |
