Maintenance removed the saturated carpet from unit 306 and had blowers over night to dry the bathroom ceiling’s studs. The bathroom’s exhaust fan was replaced, and the unit’s drywall was being replaced around the exhaust fan. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom was pending to be dry, management stated the unit has been sanitized, no evidence of foul order at this time. |
