ON SITE AN ATTACHED MASONARY WALL WAS REMOVED FROM THE STRUCTURE/MAUI SMOKE SHOP. CONCRETE WAS LAYED ON PARCEL 124120210 AND PARCEL 124120220. A METAL AWNING WAS ATTACHED TO THE STRUCTURE/MAUI SMOKE SHOP. THERE IS NO CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR MAUI SMOKE SHOP. |
