THE YARD HAS ALWAYS BEEN CLEANED AND MAINTAINED. ALL UTILITIES HAVE BEEN SHUT OFF FOR YEARS AND THERE IS A 4 FT CHAIN LINK FENCE WITH THE FRONT GATE CHAINED AND LOCKED. THE EAST DBL GATE IS NORMALLY CHAINED AND LOCKED, TODAY THE GATE WAS OPEN AND TWO CARS PARKED WITHIN THE YARD AREA. I CONTACTED THE OWNER AND ASKED IF HE KNEW WHO WAS PARKING IN THE YARD, HE STATED IT WAS THE OWNER OF MADAGASCAR GEMS, WHO WILL BE PARKING THERE UNTIL THE SHOW IS OVER, A FRIEND AND HE WAS GIVEN PERMISSION, IN FACT HE HELPED REMOVE SQUATTERS AND SECURED THE BUILDING FOR HIM SEVERAL WEEKS AGO. I ASKED THE OWNER WHAT HIS PLANS ARE WITH THE PROPERTY, HE STATED HE WOULD LIKE TO EVENTUALLY PUT A DUPLEX ON THE PROPERTY BUT RIGHT NOW CANNOT AFFORD TO DO THAT. THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH THE PROPERTY AT THIS TIME. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
