While at another property did see people in the house. Arrived to check the site and found where the plywood has been removed and entering the house and the garage. The posting of Do Not Enter have been removed. Did check the areas and was not able to find anyone on the property. Did make contact with the new owners and they will secure the site tomorrow. Did to the posting of Do Not Enter on the front of the house and the front of the garage. Did post a N.O.V. to Vacate on the plywood on the front window on the house. Did go over that if the property is not secured tomorrow that the City of Tucson will take action on securing the property. RV. |
