03/14/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | 200 PM - Trailer park has one LED and approximately seven or eight TEP maintained 250 watt high pressure sodium street lights on the property. All except one had junction box covers removed and exposed wires. Maintenance on site tested, and wires are not alive. Maintenance men on site are unsure why the street lights are in their current disconnected condition. Contacted TEP who is unable to locate information on them, said they will send out a technician to look at the street lights. Property has open permits for electrical upgrades and this may be the cause. Will wait for results from TEP inspection before proceeding. -VM |
