The fire investigators were on site checking for cause. The mobile home had a water heater and was connected to propane tanks and had burning on the water heater going into the bedroom on the north side of the water heater. The bedroom is a total lost and the wood trusses are damage for the roof. Has a burned out window and some cracked glass from the heat of the fire in other rooms. Has smoke damage through out the mobile home. The electrical is on a master meter system and the meter has been removed and covered with cardboard with the ring clip. The propane tank was removed from the flex line. The manager was on site and the owner of the mobile home is on a rent to own lease and the manager signed the paperwork. The manager is not able to secure the mobile home and gave permission to call the City of Tucson contractor to secure the site. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure the mobile home. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window on the plywood. Had a fence and the gates were closed. RV. |
