Called and spoke to property owner and advised of violations. Owner states has recently become aware of police activity at the property and will be moving towards an eviction of the tenant. 08/10/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1031 AM - Met on site with tenant. Did advise COT is continuing to receive complaints about the property and that the property is now four months past compliance deadline. Advised will give 15 days to show significant progress towards compliance, may extend additional time if warranted, or citation for noncompliance. Explained fences in side yard need to be screened with fence screening material, and needs to show specifications for material on rear fence being rated for fence screening or replace with correct material; the Malibu and Cadillac need to be removed, properly stored, or be able to drive; the extension cords and light fixtures in carport need to be removed; all trash and debris needs to be removed from carport area and backyard. -VM

The junk Dodge Ram & junk Cadillac have been removed from property. Trash and debris has been removed from rear yard.
