226 PM - Arrived and found seven vehicles on property, none are being worked on at this moment. White GMC Yukon, no plate, is parked in and obstructing the sidewalk area/right of way. Observed no tools, dismantled vehicles, or loose parts on property. Did speak to occupant, states he buys vehicles at auction and parks them on site but does not work on them or sell them out of this home. Did call and speak to owner. Will send a 10 day notice to have vehicle removed from the right of way. -VM |
