TPD STATED TRAILERS WERE VACANT, NEGLECTED, AND UNSECURED. UPON ARRIVAL I WALKED THE PARK WITH TPD AND THE BOARD UP CREW AND FOUND 4 OF THE 5 TRAILERS WOULD REQUIRE SECURING. WE STARTED WITH TRAILER #16, TPD REMOVED 8 PEOPLE FROM THE STRUCTURE. PRIOR TO SECURING THE UNITS, PARK MANAGER WAS CONTACTED BUT I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. HE WAS INFORMED THAT WE WOULD BE SECURING THE UNITS AND ASKED HE CONTACT, WE DID NOT RECEIVE A RETURN CALL. C/E FOUND THERE WERE NO UTILITIES TO TRAILER #16 BUT FOUND THE PEDESTAL FOR THE ELECTRIC WAS DAMAGED AND WIRES APPEARED TO BE CUT AT GROUND LEVEL CODE ENFORCEMENT BEGAN SECURING THE STRUCTURE, WHEN COMPLETED THE TRAILER WAS POSTED WITH A "DO NOT ENTER, UNFIT TO OCCUPY" AND LATER A EMERGENCY VACATE NOV WAS POSTED WITH THE DO NOT ENTER PLACARD. OWNERS WERE GIVEN 30 TO REPAIR, REMOVE OR REPLACE THE TRAILER UNDER PERMIT. |
