TPD WENT INSIDE TO CLEAR THE TRAILER, THERE WAS AN AWFUL SMELL INSIDE AND AT THAT TIME ONE OF THE OFFICERS RECALLED REMOVING A BODY FROM THE TRAILER, THE SMELL INSIDE WAS FROM THE BODILY FLUIDS LEFT ON THE FLOORING. C/E AND BOARD UP WALKED THE TRAILER, SOME OF THE WINDOWS HAD BEEN SECURED OR WERE PROPERLY SECURED BY WINDOW LOCKS. WE BOARDED ONLY THE WINDOWS THAT REQUIRED BOARDING AND PINNED THE DOOR SHUT. A "DO NOT ENTER, UNFIT TO OCCUPY " PLACARD WAS POSTED ON THE FRONT DOOR ALONG WITH A EMERGENCY VACATE NOV. UTILITIES HAD BEEN TURNED OFF HOWEVER THE ELECTRICAL PEDESTAL WAS DAMAGED AND HAD NO FACE PLATE. NOV INCLUDED PERMIT S REQUIRED TO REPAIR, TO REMOVE OR TO REPLACE TRAILER #11 |
