WE BEGAN THE BOARD UP OF UNIT #2 THE FOLLOWING MONDAY 1/23, PRIOR TO ARRIVING I WAS CONTACTED BY TPD THAT THEY HAD REMOVED 3 PEOPLE FROM THE UNIT, TPD WAS CALLED OUT BY THE NEIGHBOR AND FOUND THE REAR WINDOW ON THE TRAILER HAD BEEN BROKEN OUT AND THE ENTRY POINT FOR THE TRANSIENTS. C/E DBL CHECKED THE UNIT AND MADE SURE THE UNIT WAS CLEARED PRIOR TO BOARDING AND SECURING. ALL OPENINGS WERE SECURED BY BOARD UP (ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS). THERE WERE NO UTILITIES TO THE STRUCTURE. WHEN COMPLETED THE UNIT WAS POSTED "DO NOT ENTER UNFIT TO OCCUPY" ALONG WITH A EMERGENCY VACATE NOV. TPD STATED THEY DO HAVE A NIGHT CREW FOLLOWING UP AND ALL 4 TRAILERS THAT WOULD CONTINUE FOR ABOUT A WEEK. C/E HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES, FIELD NOV INCLUDED PERMITS REQUIRED TO SECURE A PERMIT FOR REPAIR, TO REMOVE OR TO REPLACE THE TRAILER WITH A 30 DAY FOLLOW UP. COPIES OF NOV WERE HAND DELIVERED TO GLENN ST PROPERTIES AND PLACED IN OFFICE DROP BOX AS NOBODY WAS IN THE OFFICE. |
