The west wall has signs of it shifting, the wall is not straight and has a wave to its appearance as if the ground is causing a shift. The condemned structure is being used by the peddler business located north of the property. Day light is visible from the interior of the structure through these compromised masonry walls. Peddler employees have been informed of the structural integrity is compromised and need to keep the structure vacant and secured. Nearby neighbors are reporting the property attracts transits at night. The property continues to be posted unfit to occupy, the water service is the only utility that is active. |
