01/24/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation VISITED SITE, I MET THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER AND INFORMED THEM OF THE COMPLAINT. WE WALKED THE ENTIRE PARKING AND PAVED AREAS SURROUND ING THE STRUCTURE. THE PAVEMENT AROUND THE ENTIRE MAIN JIFFY LUBE STRUCTURE HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED AND OBVIOUS HOLES HAVE BEEN PATCHED. THERE IS A WALL EAST OF THE MAIN STRUCTURE, AND THE PAVEMENT HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED SO THAT WATER FLOWS AWAY FROM THE WALL AND AWAY FROM THE MAIN STRUCTURE AND FLOWS TOWARDS GRANT. MANAGERS STATED THAT BECAUSE OF THE WATER FLOW AWAY FROM THE WALL AND STRUCTURE, WATER FLOWS TOWARDS GRAND ROAD AND PUDDLES AT THE SIDEWALK AREA SO THAT WHEN IT RAINS THE AREA JUST MENTIONED DETERIORATES AT A QUICKER RATE AND THE HOLES WERE RECENTLY PATCHED AT LEAST 3 MONTHS AGO. THE HOLES CLOSER TO THE WALL WERE PATCHED AND REMAIN THAT WAY TODAY, THE HOLES CLOSER TO THE SIDEWAY THAT WERE PATCHED AT THE SAME TIME WERE NOT DEEP HOLES FROM WATER FLOW BUT AREAS THAT ARE NOT DEEP AND DETERIORATED BY WATER SETTLING BUT HAVE CLEARLY BEEN PATCHED. MANAGEMENT CONTACTED REGIONAL MANAGER WHO CONTACTED ME AND STATED WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED BY SUNDAY 1/29. MANAGERS DID WHAT I ASKED WHICH WAS HAVING REGIONAL MANGER CONTACT ME AND LET ME KNOW WHEN WORK WOULD BE STARTED. I LET ALL PARTIES KNOW I WOULD FORGOE A NOV IF WORK WAS COMPLETED BY 1/29 AND THAT I WOULD REINSPECT ON 1/30/23. WILL FOLLOW UP ON MAONDAY
